1. Nature of Products
Our products include natural stone materials such as marble and granite, which may have natural variations in color, texture, and pattern. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
2. Orders & Payments
- Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it is processed promptly.
- Custom-cut, made-to-order, or specially sourced materials cannot be canceled or refunded once processing has begun.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon in the quotation or order confirmation.
- The product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during delivery (excluding damage caused after delivery or installation).
- A written complaint is submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Natural variations in stone color, veins, or texture.
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, installation, or use.
- Custom orders, special cuts, or sizes prepared as per customer specifications.
- Orders canceled after processing or dispatch.
5. Returns Process
- Any approved return must be authorized by Harvest Marble & Granite LLC in writing.
- Returned materials must be unused, in original condition, and returned to our facility (transport costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed).
- Inspection will be conducted upon return before any refund decision is finalized.
6. Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
